GREAT Pain Dr very professional and listens so he can make sure you feel better
Do not see Dr. Torok Both. It doesn't seem to matter what the problem is, he completely invalidates a patients pain. When I went to him for mental problems he did not read the fax with info from my therapist and put me on effexor, one of the worst experiences of my life being on the drug and then coming off of it. He also gave me a pill and said to take it instead of cutting my arm up.. That pill made me pass out within 15 minutes. Just recently saw him at the walk-in with my friend. He barely listened to what happened, wasn't gentle or considerate at all. Then he had the audacity to make jokes about the injury. Do. Not. See. Him. He apparently used to be a good doctor when he started but he far from that now.
Fairly organized and relaxed. Dr Jorgensen was very accommodating and was willing to listen to a couple additional concerns I had, which is something I haven't found from most other doctors. I'm pretty new to making my own appointments, but the receptionists there were generally patient with me and answered any questions I had.
A real level of incomptence that shouldn't be tolerated; for two months now my pharmacist has faxed a request for my prescrition and in that time no one on their staff could have thought to flag me on the system as someone who the doctor requested to come in. Only now to phone me to tell me I don't even have a family doctor, even though I went to the meet & greet met him and even have went to him in the past to get my renewal. So I'll be going to a doctor's office that can actually do their jobs because now I have to sit in line at a walk in clinic to get a temporary script AGAIN.
