My insurance was a 130 and then they jump to 260 without letting me know
I have been with them for years and years, and overall the cooperators has the best claims service handling i've ever dealt with....But the costs are insane. repeated increases... eventually i went to a broker and saved almost 50% on my home insurance and a little bit on auto as well.They also charged me for comprehensive coverage on my automobile for months after i asked to have it removed due to cost increases which is a problem specific to the dealer.I would suggest using the cooperators for insurance if they are within 10% of your other quoted costs but this was just insane. When i called in to cancel, there was no handling or communication to learn why... just an emailed form... no opportunity to improve or find out whether it was a negative interaction leading to the cancellation of multiple policies.... OK service from cooperators, bad service from this one particular business.Suggest strongly talking to an independent broker and looking at all options to get real equivalent coverage quotes and seeing what prices are like.. the service just isnt worth the increases anymore.Their documents come scanned, have no digital elements, horrific quality, and no modern acceptance of things like digitally encrypted signatures or even PDF versions of forms.Most of their paperwork is scanned from ancient photocopies and arrives at strange angles, faded and unacceptable.
Different employees tell you diffetent information, they over charge, they do not make up for mistakes they have made on your account. And end up with no insurance for my vehicle becuase they hire students who don't know what there talking about who advise you to do one thing then end up having to pay the whole year or cancel! This is the worst company I have ever delt with I would suggest staying away from this company.
