We have been comming to the Camroae Canalta for years. We have family and friends that live there so about once a month .The hotel is kept in excellent condition.The rooms are spotless.The Breakfast is included and always lots to pick from and good.The staff go above and beyond to accommodate their visitors. Wonderful Hotel!
This is my go to hotel in Camrose. People and pet friendly!! (I've stayed here many times.) Standard rooms that are clean and well kept.Staff is outstanding! Examples:1. A staff member saw that my vehicle was decorated for my 35th wedding anniversary, next thing I know many of the staff members wishing us a great anniversary as well2. I attended at the popcorn cart late in the evening, it was out, no big deal, right... The front counter staff saw me looking and walking away, she offered to make more right away and then she actually brought two bags of it right to our room. NOW that is customer care!!
Had a great experience here, Canalta has an awesome pool with a water slide, a great continental breakfast and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend.
It was a busy weekend and the staff were courteous and helpful. Sports teams can be hard to accommodate but they did it with class. Even offerered to change breakfast time if we needed etc .Breakfast was also excellentAlways love my stay here! Would be nice to see people staying at the hotel to have more respect and clean up after themselves and their children.
Large comfortable room with excellent self-serve breakfast offering so many choices. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere with many amenities to enjoy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free popcorn and would definitely return again..
