Klug's has been amazing! They repaired both my furnace and a frozen water line for me within the last couple of months. I was struggling to get a call back from other companies in town, while I was without heat in cold temperatures, and then again without water at my property. However Klug's was very prompt. Tina is great to deal with, so friendly and when she says she will call you back, she does. A promise made to me by other contractors that was never fulfilled. Jordan, the plumber who was sent out today, was friendly and got right down to business. I really appreciate it guys, thanks for everything!
