The staff is polite and helpful. The office and exam rooms are clean and bright. Dr Macdonald is and fantastic vet. Best veterinary hospital around.
Dr. Nicole was so informative on my cat (Peppers) issues! The staff were kind and extremely helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care taken of their furry friends!! Oh and did I mention she was also sensitive to my minor anxiety about having to leave my pet there for a day. So comforting and the staff followed up with me to ensure Peppers issue had improved! Great service!
The women working the front desk here are very organized and professional. It always smells nice and clean in this clinic. Our vet, Marissa, has helped us tackle every issue that has come our way and always offers multiple possible solutions. When I have additional questions, I am always helped happily over the phone as well. I feel like my pup is incredibly well taken care of here!
THE BEST staff I could work with. First time I had to bring my cat to the vet, and they were with me every step of the way. They assured me that they would do everything they could to make her better (which they did), they made her feel comfortable, and they even did a follow up call a week later to see how she was doing. They made me feel very safe, and listened to.
