Huuuuuge rave to Stephen in Sales. I recently contacted him about trading in my vehicle. I was not easy to deal with - I asked the same question multiple times, and I gave them a very limited budget. I hummed and hawed about it for weeks before making the commitment. I never felt pressured or an inconvenience to him or anyone on the sales team. Stephen took the time to find me the perfect vehicle, and get the options added that I wanted. He always made sure I had the information I needed, and got it for my very quickly. Ive had my new vehicle for a couple weeks and I love it more and more as time goes on. I also want to thank Chris as well! Again I was not the easiest to deal with and he did everything he could to make it work for me. I felt appreciated and not just a sale. THANK YOU all so much! Camrose Chrysler has definitely been nothing shy of awesome for both my car buying experiences. I will be going back (just not for a while, I hope).
Changed engine and transfer case oil. Updated the radio and broke the command start. The guys seem fine. I think the problem is Dodge's lack of quality. You get what you pay for I guess.
Not happy wanted to shop local and told them I found the exact same vehicle for almost $4000 cheaper and they wouldn't even come close. Went to wetaskawin and would recommend looking elsewhere.
This dealership is fantastic. My husband and I were trying to find a vehicle at several dealerships and they were all taking an extremely long time to find us what we wanted. We contacted Camrose Chrysler and within two days we had a new vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and did everything they could to get us the vehicle we wanted at the best price. We had a wonderful experience there and we are super happy with our new car! We definitely recommend this place.
Good service although pricey. Looked into buying a new vehicle but salesperson had to check with supervisor and I waited so long for an answer I just left the dealership. They are mostly interested in selling big trucks - I was looking for a Jeep Patriot which is not an expensive vehicle, so I didn't get much attention (none actually).
