Did you know if you purchase tires from Lamb Ford you get free rotations and patches for the life of the tires? Because I forgot about that and was pleasently surprised when I went into the quick lane last week for a rotation and patch on one tire and my bill was 0 (ZERO!) dollars. It was super quick too I was expecting it to take roughly an hour, as would most tasks like this and it was done in less than 45 minutes. They noticed and informed me of 2 deficiencies unrelated to my tires as well, which I would not have known about probably until t was too late. Ive been a customer for 11 years now and dont plan to change that.
we I am happy with the service on my last visit. The car however has not been repaired. Our selling salesperson has the same issues with his new ford. The service dept gave me a car off the lot to try. I had the same shimmy experance. I went on the web and found out that this is a bigger issue. I am trusting ford will repair this soon. The fun of the drive is gone when you worry that your safety is at risk

The Staff at Lamb Ford are incredible , always willing to help out. And they complete the job correctly the first time. The collision centre was great, and very friendly, I highly recommend them.
I booked an appt for 8am on a Monday, they opened the doors took my keys and truck was in at 8:05. Within 20 minutes they were telling me some of the issues and looking into some more. At the end of 45 minutes we had the parts ordered and done. Great people to deal with. Fast, efficient and very honest. I have never written a review of a Car Dealership EVER. This is one that will continue to receive my business.
