I am at Sherwood Inn and it looks like a dump! There are some residents who are piling up bottles on the walkway that are very. unsightly and are metres high.! I don't know why management is allowing this?
I've been a resident at the VIKING for 3.5 years. During that time I have made various service requests (leaking faucets, clogged drains, etc.) and have enjoyed prompt and professional response usually within 24 hours. I have nothing but applause for Rhonda at the rental office and my interactions with the Calgary Head Office on any request has been cordial and professional. I would recommend an Avenue Living rental to anyone seeking a new home who chooses to rent as opposed to taking on major debt.
I am writing this review because i have been living in my apartment for almost seven years now. i feel i can honestly comment on the Grand Park Village, Mirror Lake Apartments. I could live any where in Camrose but i choose to live hear. I enjoy being less than one block to the lake and walking trails. Beautiful tree surround me, deer often visit right out side my door, wild birds sing their hearts out and rabbits often run by my place. The four apartment buildings fit right in with their rustic brick and ceder shakes. In side my apartment it has been totally re done so it is just like new. I have had some minor things that needed to be fixed. When i phone in my request to the Calgary office of Avenue Living the people are very courteous and concerned about my call, my request is relayed immediately to some one who will attend to my needs. The maintenance people are quick to respond and fix the issue, i have never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. the maintenance people are courteous , competent and quick to repair what ever my needs are. The maintenance people do a excellent job cutting grass, removing snow and keeping the place inside and outside very clean. The parking lot is in need of repair and i know they are working on it as well. There is a excellent level of clientele that lives here and we are much like a small community of like minded individuals. This apartment is family, child and pet friendly. There are enough good rules to keep the apartments operating well. The rent is very reasonable. The best part is, our fantastic property Manager, Ronda, she does a above average job in the services she provides and tries to get to know all the residents living in the four apartments, I would not consider moving and would highly recommend these apartments as a good place to live and a place you will soon call home.,Give Ronda a call, you will not be sorry you did. The service for my building is really great both Rhonda and Mike work extremely hard to keep us happy. The maintenance crew is awesome as well I only know a couple of them by name such as Trent and Dan but no matter the question or problem I have they are super helpful and friendly . I have been here two years with my dog and have never been happier with a place !!
I live at#8 SHERWOOD INN camrose ab we have resided since 2010 we have always enjoyed living there the staff is always very helpful to fulfill our needs in all departments the staff has always been helpful with all of our concerns and very friendly
