As someone that Gerry Davis considers an inferior, I can tell you that my experience with him is that he is smug, condescending and rude. I would like to note here that I have not done business with him, simply encountered him in a professional setting and left me with the belief that I will never do business with Coldwell Banker personally or professionally in the future.
